Ani Thakur
Prior to Baton, Ani was in PwC’s M&A Advisory group, where he supported transactions representing over $1.8B in total deal value across the financial services, telecom, industrials, and aerospace sectors. He has worked across the deal lifecycle, from running standalone and financial diligences to facilitating complex corporate divestitures through the sign-to-close process. Earlier in his career, Ani gained experience at a high-growth robotics company, an investment bank, and at an institutional investment firm — developing a strong foundation in evaluating businesses, structuring transactions, and understanding how companies grow and deploy capital. He brings a structured, analytical approach to every engagement while remaining collaborative and approachable, helping business owners navigate complex decisions with clarity and confidence while working to achieve the best possible outcome for the legacies they have built.
